    Suspension query with LFG POST


    I received a suspension for 2 days for putting up an LFG post stating "WTS Lead 1:1" i am confused why this warranted a suspension as Lead is an in game resource in fallout 76. I have contacted 2 people from the Microsoft support team and both pointed me towards the enforcement website which at this stage i nearly have a PhD in. I have fully explained my situation and have made no headway in contacting a real person who can help me resolve this issue as i find it unclear what i did wrong?

    Support doesn't handle suspensions. Only the enforcement team do and the enforcement site would be the only place for information. They do not have a direct form of contact.

    If that is the case then every single looking for group post in rocket league deserves a perma ban as i have seen in the past so many people wanting to trade on that Game.

    LFG is not allowed for trading. Only allowed for looking for players to play with. Hence, the suspension.

    Have tried this through the enforcement however it keeps pointing me to a virtual assistant who cannot help and due to it being under 48hrs it isn't subject to review I'm very confused why its so hard getting in contact with the enforcement team? All I'm looking for is in an ideal world for the suspension to be lifted but at the very least I'm looking for additional clarification on what i did wrong and how to avoid that in the future by hopefully taking to someone on the phone who can help my situation and hopefully resolve it

    By any chance would you have a phone number to directly contact Microsoft support as i have tried but the 2 people i have talked to don't even know the contact number of Microsoft support that deals with suspensions?
