    Suspension on Xbox Live


    Hello, I am suspended on Xbox live for having bad language against another person in the community. However, I did not say those bad words and it was my little brother playing Rainbow Six Siege last night. I would like to please be unsuspended because it
    was my brother, and he showed me that the person he was talking to was calling him, "trash," over and over again and it made him furious so that is the reason why he cursed to him on messages. I do think this is a flaw in Xbox Live because many people instigate
    people who have anger issues to use profanity against them just to report them and get them suspended. That being said, may I please be unsuspended from Xbox Live?

    case review     Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
