Suspension on main account

Hi,

Were unsure of where to turn to ask questions. We haven't been on the xbox to play games in nearly 5 days now. All we have been on to do is try to sort an issue with the controller and to go onto the rewards app to see the weekly tasks and check the game pass app to see any quests and it says there was a suspension when we followed the link there is no mention of a suspension only it saying congratulations you have a perfect record and a good reputation. But when we went on the enforcement site for the main account (not my account) it says that there is a suspension in place. We don't know what its for and when we looked up how to appeal it, using the xbox support site, the one with the instructions about the handshake symbol etc. On the enforcement site there is no handshake symbol, anywhere on the screen, weve even clicked each of the windows to see if its on somewhere else. Nothing. After reading a few forums some people mentioned that if its only a 24 hour ban then we won't have the option to appeal, however its now over 24 hours, its still saying the suspension is there and still no handshake symbol, so one we can't query anything to see what it is about meaning we can't either own up to it and accept the suspension or appeal it. We believe we havent done anything as nothing on the main account has been changed and the day of the suspension we hadn't been on the xbox at all in about 3 days at that point. Is there any other way we can query what is going on as we've had no communication on the suspension either through email or through the xbox messenger, and if someone is constantly reporting the account we don't know when its going to become permanent, or even if we have done anything. Is there any other way to contact enforcement to have it looked into or any other team to have it looked into?
