    Suspension, ok but...


    Hello.

    I say it in advance, I do not dispute my banishment, I insulted a player by message that provoked me so I am wrong and I assume.

    But...

    It's been 3 or 4 days now that restrictions are applied to my account and I still can not know when my ban will be over.

    In the message that the "xbox live" sent me, they tell me to go on "enforcement.xbox.com" to know more about my ban and when will it be over.

    But when I go on "enforcement.xbox.com" and I look in "Enforcement and Activity History" there is absolutely nothing about the ban...

    So I will at least know when it will be finished.

    Hmmm, ok. A suspension upgrade would make sense but I know that's not the case.

    You need to be signed into the account that has the enforcement action on it to see the history at enforcement.xbox.com

    You need to make sure you are signed in to the correct account on enforcement.xbox.com

    chat supports and phone supports wont really help you with that.

    hello i'm ok with you, enforcement = discrimination because i do discrimination for player Suspension, ok but... ;) a noob has 24H ban and a player of 11 Years = 14 days Suspension, ok but... :D it's my reality i have 14 Days for insulte and other for the same are 24 48H of ban Suspension, ok but... ;) XBLPET and enforcement
    is criminal because i do a Discrimination on players and i have sent this by phone and tchat at the support because in french the discrimination is criminal and punish by the code civile and penal

    Never contact support in regards with enforcement issue just sign in your account in enforcement.xbox.com

    Phone/chat support are able to give you your suspension length. They won't have any further information regarding the suspension. So if the end date is not listed on the enforcement site, phone/chat support are the way to go.

    Never contact support in regards with enforcement issue just sign in your account in enforcement.xbox.com
