Suspension longer then on website

i’ve been suspended till november 22 2am on the xbox website, but i still can’t play online or communicate and on xbox enforcement its doesnt say a date, but there still a yellow hammer, does that mean i’m ban? When i connect with all my account its says
i’m in a suspension like its lag. I’m suspended because my friend tried to joke me and change my gamerpic for pornography with my cellphone. I think it’s rude to ban someone for that.

Sorry to hear it. However, you are responsible for what happens on your gamertag, especially if you give others access to it. If the site, enforcement.xbox.com , does not give you more info on whether the suspension has been lifted or not you can call
phone support and they can let you know if it's still active. Click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

PLEASE NOTE: phone support cannot lift an active suspension on your account as the PET are in sole charge of suspensions

try removing your account from your console and redownload it afterwards.

Sometimes this fixes the problem.

I called yesterday, the guy told me probably 20 times to go on the website enforcement xbox even if i where telling i’m its not clear and finally, probably saying it just so i leave him, that it were going to end at midnight 23 nov.! That didnt

Also the suspension applies when you sign back in to Xbox Live. You can appeal the suspension if it's longer than 24 hours through the website as well.
