Suspension lifted but still cant play???

I've been dealing with a 2 week communication ban that did not even allowed me to play online in any games. Fine. But that suspension was lifted 3.5 hours ago and still nothing? My history is clear and shows me the suspension is completed. Ive tried resetting
my xbox, took out my account from the xbox and still nothing. Do i really have to put my xbox in the trash and to switch company?? And yea we cant speak to enforcement team and people at xbox "cant help us". So we spend thousands and when we need yall we cant
have a little bit of time ? Did someone had the same problem?

Hi there. 6 hours later and still nothing. The suspension would have been lifted even in pacific time. And yes ive tried redownloading my account and it doesnt work. Not a single account even works on the xbox. But again my main account that was banned
now is unbanned on the xbox app and thats it.

Unfortunately, the only way to see about this is to get with enforcement. Really sorry for the situation you are in. This is a very rare occurrence.

Hi. Nop, nothing about a console ban.

When i try to play online it says that due to a suspension this account cannot play on xbox live
