Suspension hasn’t been lifted, what do I do?

Sign out and sign back in – Sometimes signing back into your Xbox account can force an update.

3. Check for any active enforcement actions – Double-check your Microsoft Enforcement History ( https://enforcement.xbox.com ) to make sure there are no lingering restrictions.

4. Perform a soft factory reset (keeping games and files).

I've notified a Community Manager so that this can be addressed for you. As it's now the weekend, there likely won't be an update until Monday or Tuesday.

Hey. Thank you so much for your reply. However, this does not work because the suspension has been lifted, just hasn’t been lifted correctly. It is only lifted from the Xbox app and not in the games. Therefore, the suspension shows as completed and won’t let me contact the Xbox enforcement team.

So its been roughly a week or more. It hasn’t changed I just tried doing what you said but it still unfortunately hasn’t changed. What should I do now?

You do not have a permanent suspension. By the looks of it, you had a communications suspension on 6/22 that has already been lifted. If the suspension was still in place it would have a date for when it ends.
