Suspension for repeating message sent to me

I was playing a game and received an Xbox message from a user telling me that me that I ‘su&ked’ to which I replied the same back to him. I got suspended for saying the same words to someone back that they said to me which seems a little harsh, considering Community guidelines allow a little trash talk, and repeating words that someone uses against you should not offend them - they used the words first.

What seems surprising to me is that someone abused me first, then got me banned when I retaliated with exactly the same words. Additionally, the system then allows the originator to taunt the person he just got banned, which is in itself ... harassment.

The user changed their name in my chat to another name and taunted me about the ban. Then the name changed back. I have both the names used - I assume the person had two accounts. I have no recourse to fight the suspension as the enforcement team seem uncontactable. I have screenshots of the incident.

I was recently given a communications suspension because I sent a "inappropriate" message to some one who was teasing me. I am wondering if the suspension can be lifted because the "inappropriate" message i sent was just [mod removed], which technically
isn't inappropriate.

Spam is more of a repeated message to one person IMO any message that was sent was not random it was a name of a person who was unbanned and i only every messaged them once

Hello,

i was given a 24hr suspension limiting my access using party chat, sending messages that ended early this morning. A few hours later I was kicked out of my game and sent a message telling me i was suspended yet again. I currently have a suspension on my
account not allowing me to send messages, use party chat etc. I have reviewed the code of conduct and I admit I have sent messages to players that's weren't "very eddicate" Only because they were lag switching, ddosing, cheating in some form, or displaying
unsportsmanlike behaviour. Please remove the suspension.
