Suspension for no justified reason

My account was suspended a few minutes ago for sayi “[Mod Removed - Profanity]” also know as “[Mod removed - Profanity” i dont see any bad language or anythinf bad at all in that statement.
If im gonna get suspended for saying this then you should ban every single person that plays xbox because if toy go into an xbox live party chat or game chat you gonna hear 10x worse stuff than “[Mod Removed - Profanity]” and [Mod
Removed - Profanity i also not a bad word at all. I am ferious about this because this is my thanksgiving break that hasnt even been 10 hours in and im banned from xbox for an extremely unjust reason and now cant play with my friends

Je vous écrit ce message car je me suis pris une suspension illégitime . Je suis tombé sur un rageux qui ma insulte sur le vocal du jeux puis qui ma tué ensuite sachant que j étais son allié pour X raison car je ne le connaissait pas . Je lui est donc envoyé
un message sous le coup de l énervement et ce message a été signalé par cette personne qui m'avait insulte auparavant et que je ne pouvais signaler car je n avais pas enregistré ses insultes . Merci de votre compréhension et de règle ce problème

Unfortunately when you are online you do have to watch what you send out. Although this may mean something different for you it can mean something else to someone else. Go ahead and take a look at the

Code of Conduct to get a better understanding of different actions that could be violations.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

my suspension has been up and its still saying im suspended still when clearly its been done and over with and still i cant talk to my friends when its clear that today is the 20th and its way past 2:20pm what can i do when its 11pm now

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time. If you have recently used Mixer and posted inappropriately, this suspension may be related.
