It'd help if they actually responded to my appeal instead of just letting it sit there or it'd be handy if I could even do a live chat with one of the staff but they won't even give me that option, a friend even submitted a ticket on my behalf yesterday.

Support are nothing to do with enforcement so can not help.All they can do is direct you to the enforcement site to file a appeal,which you have already done.

You'll just have to wait for the decision of your appeal.

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft. We cannot tell you why you were banned. Although people may be able to speculate, it is unlikely anyone can guarantee you the reason here.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. =D

No they've not updated the reason, I find it bizarre I get a suspension when there's people with actually offensive profile pictures. This is all because of fallout 76, someone took a workshop so I contested it and it enables PVP, this is why I'm saying I've been targeted
