Suspension ERROR HELP!!!!!

on the enforcement site it says I have an active communication suspension. It also says I am able to play, just not communicate with other players for 2 weeks. The problem is when I try to play it says because of my past behaviors I cannot play multiplayer.
So there's an error either on the suspension or on the website please help. I'm not trying to get the suspension reversed, I'm just trying to get my multiplayer access back.

Still no help on my prolonged suspension error

I was suspended and it was suppose to end July 8th, I called xbox and the lady said there was a suspension error with my account and it was set to end October 2nd. She told me no suspension is that long and it's an error and come here to get help. I've waited
and still haven't received help. Please fix this and thank you.

Destiny: Viper ERROR - Help

I dont anything about the Viper error. As far as the no audio issue Ive had that. What I do is dashboard and move to a couple different tiles to make sure the audio is working then continue the game and the audio works.

Hey there,

If you log in at http://enforcement.xbox.com and then click the orange hammer that appears, you'll be able to see the details of your suspension, including the rule you broke and when the suspension
will end. You can also request a case review there if you feel the suspension was issued in error.

You can't get reported for "being a good player" That being said all reports are investigated before a suspension is given. Bans and suspensions dont just happen for "no reason"

That being said only the enforcement team handles suspensions and bans. If your friend thinks his suspension was in error then he will need to file for a case review (if eligible). That is the only way the enforcement team can be reached.

No one on the forums or phone support can help with this.

Based on the current message yes. If for some reason you still have a problem after 5:04PM recheck the the enforcement site to make sure you did not receive a second action. if you are all clear follw these steps below

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now.

Be ware that bans are do to a violation of the code of conduct and you can find a copy of the code on the enforcement site. The most common reason for bans is communication violations, Xbox live is a rated E for everyone service
so keep your languge both verbal and written at that level

submitting a Case Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time we recommend
familiarizing oneself with the Code of Conduct.
