Suspension duplication ???

Hi my Son was sent a 24hr enforcement for using bad language (one of his friends brothers who was goading him reported him) anyway he is not perfect admitted it and apologised and the enforcement ended last night at 8pm, now tonight he has been banned
again for exactly the same message but he didnt resend it again! Im now concerned the 3rd party involved will just keep reporting the same message over and over and as it is just a 24hr ban i cant put in a case review ... help at this rate i will just cancel

The enforcement team would be the only ones who could do anything and unfortunately there is no other way to contact them. All he can do is wait out the suspension. They don't typically issue suspensions for the same thing, so it may be for something else
they found with the message.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. As our Ambassador has stated, regarding any suspension, you must go to through the
Enforcement websiteto resolve this and they do not give a suspension for the same infraction.
As the suspension seems to be 24 hours or less, there would be no option for case review.
Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you or your child run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)We do have upcoming changes for your privacy settings in the works

not generally issued the same day the action took place. So both suspensions could be actions that took place weeks or months before.

this is not a duplicate. I've received a full xbox live suspension ontop of a communication suspension for harassment and threats when I have a communication ban making it impossible for me to be making comments to anyone of that nature.

Please appeal to the enforcement action , it seems that you're eligible to do it.

Unfortunately no one here and even customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.
Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.
