    Suspension des communications


    Bonjour, je vous contact car je viens de recevoir un mail de suspension des communications, (chat, messages, groupes d'amis, diffusion...) or il se trouve que je n'ai ni utilisé de cheat ni modifié ma console, ni insulter ou utiliser de langage choquant
    ou dégradant. J'aimerai donc comprendre comment et surtout pourquoi une telle suspension, sachant que je paye l'abonnement mensuel en plus des jeux a 70euros l'unité, de mon côté le nécessaire sera fait auprès des services de police de mon pays afin d'éviter
    que moi même ou d'autres personnes ne se fassent bannir sans raison après des milliers d'euros d achat sur et pour votre societe.

    Communications Suspensions
    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    For more information on your suspension you would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and sign into the suspended account.

    If eligible you can file for a case review there using the steps listed here:

    Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans/suspensions and they do not use/read the forums. The only way to contact them is via the case review process described above.
