hola buenos dias,me habeis suspendido mi gamertag desde el dia 01 de octubre lo acabo de ver ya que estaba de vacaciones ,imagino que es por comprar un codigo que encontre navegando por internet en la pagina g2a en la que aparecia vuestros logos y pague
porque estaba a buen precio. si es por esta causa deberiais emprender acciones legales contra este tipo de gente,no contra usuarios q llevan mas de 10 años comprando vuestros productos y juego licitamente y que son los que os dan de comer,por eso exijo que
m quiten la suspension y se pongan en contacto conmigo en los proximos dias y me devuelvan mi cuenta ya que la he pagado,de todas maneras acaban de perder un cliente que fue leal durante mas de diez años enorabuena.

I am so fu*ked off, right so I was on holiday from the 1st-8th of July 2017 I get back home on the 8th only to find out that my account has been suspended for 3 MONTHS due to harassment being abusive and threatening people, how can I do that when I haven't
been online for a week.

Today when I tried to play with my friends and and began a group with them a message appear on my screen saying than I was blocked by the enforcement team and saying that I broke the code on the marketplace...

I swear i never did anything close to all the things enlisted there.

What should I do?

How do I contact with the enforcement team?

The G2A store is not connected to Xbox or any Microsoft Product, if by anyway you got yourself banned because a code you bought you need to contact G2A support. G2A is a marketplace, where several users can sell their codes, next time you need to have
more careful where or to who you buy the games.
