Suspension appeal was not approved, what to do now

Yesterday I got messages saying my account has been suspended permanently for "phishing" to which I have never ever done, I appealed against it and it was not approved

I have never done anything like this before (nor will I ever do it) I've had this profile since 2007 with over 500 games and 430k+ Gamerscore and I absolutely do not want to lose it, I am at an absolute loss as to what to do now, I've tried talking to an actual human being with no luck and want to get this sorted and get back on my profile

I really don't know what to do from here, again, I have never ever phished or anything against the Community Standards

A case review is the only way to contact them.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and a case review is the only way to contact them. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

Hey there, I feel you aswell. I get suspended due to “harassing” which the other people did to me first and I did not do, and it’s not cool that you get banned for not doing things that you have done. I don’t believe there is another way to contact them unfortunately and I wish the best luck to you on your account because it is not cool for them to be falsely doing this to us…

What enforcement team? I get the same copy pasta emails from them. Pretty sure they are robots.
