    Greetings, i would like to know if there is a way i can get a very last chance and change the permanent suspention, cause i undestand my mistakes and feel very sorry, futhermore i want to be better and i undestand they must give me a suspension and would feel grateful to receive a several month or year suspension.

    Im almost sure the permanent is more for quantity of suspension than dangerous conten or bad behavior ( 11 suspentions usually of 1-3 days) and the all suspentions are for screenshots of mine and screenshots shared by other users. and my reputacion is good ( green good player) it still keeps like that for almost 12 years on xbox live

    Xbox suspended me for a week and I get on the next day and says I’m banned. What do I do ?

    Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

    If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

    What does it mean to get permanently suspended

    It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

    Clarification on ban

    All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
