Suspension alert.

Does anyone know why I get an alert saying my account is suspended every time I log in to the Xbox game pass app? It's been doing it for just over 1 week but when I click on it, it takes me to a page where it says I have no current or previous suspensions. I feel like it may be to do with someone, along with his/her friends, reporting me because I reported said person for sending abuse when I made an LFG post. then for the next 2 days I got more abuse from different accounts because I was reporting them all. It doesn't affect anything, just a little annoying.

Do you have another account linked to yours in a family?

I have noticed in the past that if someone in your family receives an Enforcement action, the parents get notified of the enforcement action. It gives them a link to check it out, however, back then, it loaded the account owners page and not the family member's account that received an enforcement action.

If you are in a family, getting others in your family to check their Enforcement history to see if they are the ones who have received a suspension or Enforcement action. You can also check their Enforcement action too, by clicking the dropdown menu with the gamertag: Enforcement history | Xbox Support

I understand you need assistance with the suspension alert on your account. Just a friendly reminder, there is a separate Team who handles enforcement concerns or inquiries and we can only get a hold of them by filing a case review at enforcement.xbox.com so I highly recommend signing in on that link and see if you have the option to submit a case review. It's a weird notification glitch that's been happening for over a year now. I get it all the time. As long as you are still able to sign in to play a game and there's nothing listed on the enforcement site, you're fine.

Service alerts are only for the Live service in general - There are no Account alerts. (other then suspension/bans)

Seems like the network problem you were having, just so happen to clear at that time.

Good to check the Protection page as well.

If you reported them, then the enforcement team will investigate and alert proper authorities as well.

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
