Suspended

I don’t play a lot because I work and have a family. But the other day I logged in and had a notice that I was suspended for 15 days. I have my account locked down so nobody can message me, send me friend requests etc. I noticed that one of the kids my wife babysits had played the game and ended up sending a few messages to someone. I have no idea if that’s what the reason was because the enforcement team has no details on the suspension. I appealed it giving all of the corrective actions I took to rectify this and they denied it. I am seriously thinking of getting rid of it and buying a PlayStation because I never would do such a thing, after many years of owning an Xbox, and never having any issues, all of a sudden it says there is 5 out of 8 strikes and at the 8th strike I’m permanently banned. This has me furious. I spend way too much money on Gold package so I can play multiplayer and for other things. The system was crazy expensive too and they want to suspend and deny without speaking to the person. Not good customer service at all. Extremely unhappy with Xbox, Microsoft and the enforcement team. Absolutely not the way they need to handle things. Kids are kids, they talk trash. Give warnings and maybe like a 24 hour suspension. But to never have any issues or suspensions since I’ve owned my Xbox since the first Xbox and wake up to being 3 strikes away from being permanently banned? NO, that’s not how this works. I don’t need a team member commenting on this saying that it’s the enforcement teams decision and to read over the community standards. I am very aware of it all. It was a mistake a kid made, I handled it and changed all the settings and hid my Xbox so it won’t happen again. They don’t give an option to appeal an appeal either. Their word is gold apparently and since they give no reason for the suspension, it kind of makes me wonder. I literally own two games, and the only game I play is COD WW2 because it’s a great multiplayer. As a combat veteran, I throughly enjoy it and it helps my stress and keeps me focused. So for the next 2 weeks, I’ll be buying a PlayStation and selling my Xbox. This has been the worst support experience.
