    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    To se about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    If you havent already, you would need to file a complaint on the other person via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
