    was suspended on 3/24/18 and it said my suspension was gonna be over on 4/7/18 7:32 a.m. it is currently 2:11pm 4/7/18 why can’t I play still it still says I’m suspended

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Hey itzAvalos14!

    If you don't show an active account suspension when you check your
    Enforcement History    , but you're still seeing that error on the console, that could indicate that the console itself was also issued a temporary suspension, which can happen. A console suspension would affect any profile signed into the suspended console.

    One way to test that would be to sign into your account on a different Xbox One console, and see if you encounter the same issue there. If you're able to use your profile normally on another console, that would indicate that there is still an active suspension
    on the console.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.
