    I was gone on holiday for a week and my friend AtomicRages23 went on my account and messaged really mean things to someone I don’t even know and that person reported me until 3rd of April so if anyone from Xbox support gets to see this please unsuspend

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Suspended

    The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they cannot be reached via the forums or through support.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is to file for a case review (if eligible) as described here:

    Just keep in mind that you are responsible for all activity on your account so the decision will likely be upheld.
