    Im here regarding my suspension for a "inappropriate gamerpic" that ive had for around 2 months and now i have been suspended for a day and cant even use the account to play games. Just wondering if the suspension could be lifted as i want to continue with
    my gaming experience. I cannot sumbit case review as its a 24hr suspension

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Hi

    Only the Xbox Enforcement team can help with this and they can only be contacted through the
    Xbox Enforcement website. From this website you should be able to review any enforcement actions and if eligible request a case review from here as well.

    Hi there,

    While what gds1972 says is true, for short term suspensions, you aren't able to submit a case review. You would have to wait the amount of time for the suspension. The amount of time that your gamerpic was up is irrelevant if it's been reported and you've
    been suspended. We recommend making sure that the content you're including follows the rules for custom content. Thank you.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
