short suspensions can not be appealed.

The most often reason is the misuse of Lfg posts for recruiting, trading etc.

Could it be that you recently wrote a Lfg post ?

^^ What Jayadub said.I have not threatened you in any way,just pointed out what will happen if you keep getting communication suspensions.

I also said support can't do anything to help you,nothing about them lifting your suspension.

Best to actually read a post before replying to it.

He isn't threatening you, but merely pointing out that continuing the behavior that got you banned for 7 days and then 14 days will get you permanently banned if it continues. It has nothing to do with being a loyal customer and everything to do with your
action and behavior.

How is it theft?

It's clearly stated in the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you start your account, as is the fact that they will only show you the proof at their own discretion.

You agreed to that so it's not theft.

They don't hand out bans & suspensions just for fun & a perma ban is the last resort.
