    Suspended with no given reason - 2nd time


    It's total garbage that you can be suspended with no noted reason. It should give the offense and say how long you've been banned for. Too many stories online with the same problem.

    There are individuals making fun of people all the time online because they get beat in a game. I'm seriously tired of Microsoft handling of this and I'm close to moving back over to PS 4 where I never have these issues.

    Microsoft please get your act together with giving suspensions - everyone deserves the right to know why they are suspended, we do pay for this ridiculous service.

    Account Temporarily Suspended

    I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
    the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

    The fact that you pay has no bearing here. You agreed to abide by the Xbox Live CoC when you signed up, this is legally binding. Sony also has a CoC agreement.

    here

    Anyone who receives enforcement action is sent an email to the address linked to their account.

    Rules are the same on PSN so don't think you can get away with violating their ToU/CoC.

    My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason.
