suspended texting and talking

This dude was talking trash to me for no reason I was just playing the game and doing good like always and and he start talking mad trash about me cuz I was doing so good so I started talking back to him I'm not gonna just sit there and let him speak to
me like that.

Xbox Live issues

I have tried to sign in to the websites but I cant due to my account being locked. Everytime I try to do something I just get pulled to a "your account has temporarily been suspended" screen. It says I need to put in a phone number associated with a phone
capable of texting, but I have no device capable of texting.

 

My suspension is over but still on

i beat someone in a game and the guy messaged me, causing trouble, he ended up reporting me even thou he started it... i got suspended from texting and party chat, the ban was said to be lifted at a specific time, the time past and its been a while, and
im still suspended, even on notifications it says the date, but that date and time has past, and im still suspended, please help

 

In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.
