past due subscriptionis not able to be cancelled
until its paid. If the card tied to it is no longer of use, you will need to select update payment option.

You can either try to swap to a new payment method on billing.microsoft.com or call phone support and have them do it. It's fairly simple but for some reason doing it through the console seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes it works, othertimes it doesn't.
The other two methods I suggested should work without issue though, so give one of them a shot.

just update the information on it either add a new card to erase that one or just delete it permanently on your microsoft account
