Suspended on Xbox Live for 4 days for the dumbest reason

7 Days isn't really a long time. Microsoft takes everything serious nowadays. You say you are going to hack someone, meaning it or not, everything is recorded and they hear everything. Lyrics involve profanity, and a bunch of other things. For gods sake
the word "LIVE" in your bio or motto is against the terms of use so you never know which word you used for them to suspend your account but the word should be in quotations in the email regarding the temporary suspension.

Unfortunately it only takes one valid complaint to get the Enforcement team's attention.

Only the Enformcement Team can comment about a suspension, and lifting a suspension rarely happens. Support does not have access to the information from the Enforcement Team.

As part of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use you agreed to when you signed up these are considered violations. Xbox Live is consider a Rate E for Everyone service and all communications need to held to that level of communication. Also substations to
hide an inappropriate work is also considered a violation too.

The games themselves may be rated M, but everything you do on Live has to remain E for everyone. It's per the code of conduct you agreed to when you signed up. Playstation has the same rules.
