Suspended Microsoft/Xbox Account

Hi Guys,

so basically I have an issue with suspended Microsoft Account. The suspension seemed weird for me, because I received new one after last one finished, this time it was for 14 days, but since I was unbanned I didn't used xbox at all. That is why I've send an appeal, I've checked today https://enforcement.xbox.com/ site and I see that there is no suspension on my account

So I wanted to play some online games, but there is a still notification, that my account is suspended and now I don't know what to do. There is no sign of my appeal or any answer, nothing on mailbox.

Is there any way that I can get any details on such issue?

Thats the notification I get when I log in into Xbox. It's in Polish, but it basically says that my account is suspended for 14 days.

And, make sure to post in there with a Microsoft Account different than the mA tied to your suspended Xbox account.

Sorry to hear it. The PET can suspend an account for past offences that were not initially caught. If you had one suspension and created a case review then the PET, in checking on your case, could theoretically find something else you did in the past that was against the terms of Live. If that's the case they would have laid an extra enforcement on you.

There are no limitations on the length of time from something you did to the enforcement.

However, you could try deleting your gamertag from the console then powercycle it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down and unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible memory there.

When your internet is back up and running try downloading your gamertag again and see if there are any issues still.

It says “if your account is permanently suspended from the Xbox network that means your Subscriptions will be cancelled.” That’s very weird, it’s either the Xbox network is glitching or I’m falsely suspended and my Microsoft account still thinks my Xbox account is still up. I hope it is though. I would be happy to play on my Xbox account again.
