Suspended in just 3 days!!!!

So I get a generic notice ( that by the way spammers are now using } and less than 3 hours later my grandson is suspended. Doesn't say what he did save for COMMUNICATIONS and a quote from the contract. Time of the supposed incident is 6:14 PM

It didn't even say what he was accused of or why. He recalls at that time he was playing with a friend of his with 3 strangers...now he is suspended during Christmas vacation you guys gave me no way of appealing it or finding out what happened so he has
no way of finding out if he did something or if another player has a chip on is shoulder.

Phones don't work, chat doesn't work email doesn't even exist .... I wouldn't blame him if he spent the rest of his Christmas money and time on the PS4 - FWIW he has used that fine for almost a year with no suspensions...

This whole thing stinks And yes I tried all your ha nay little help screens which didn't help at all....

Oh, I saw other people on the forums get accepted then removed 3 days later because he was suspended like, 300 days ago.

There is no time limit.

You could be suspended for something you did months ago

Not sure where you got 3-2 days from but that just isn't true.
