    It says when ever I try to start a party that my privacy settings prevent chat with some people and they are all to Adult or allow me to do that. But also when I try to send a message it won't let me because I guess I got a communication suspension and I
    don't know the reason.

    I was playing destiny yesterday and was trying to join my buddies party but it says due to past behavior i couldn't join or send messages I don't know what I did to get suspended? What ever it was i just want to know when it will be lifted? I also have a
    good rep as far as i know.

    I disagree. I was suspended for messaging somebody to "calm the h*ll (yeah I censored it here because I was suspended for it on xbox) down" after he was super toxic, vulgar and offensive over text and voice chat. I've heard similar from other forums, and
    it seems that enforcement just has a filter on any remotely offensive terms and just instantly sends a suspension if the account is reported.

    I get you posting this for some of the radical bans, but Xbox does have a problem with suspending people for small reasons, and it's system is highly exploitable. For example, one could enter into a game chat or party chat and be offensive as they want and
    Enforcement does nothing even if they're reported. Though if one message is sent back to that offensive individual with even something slightly rude in a certain light, they end up getting the enforcement action.
