Suspended for talking back?

I was told by a representative to come here to ask to repeal a suspension of GT:

I talked to the guy on the phone and he said that i should be unsuspended because there was not rightful means for a suspension in the first place. Any response will be helpful, Thanks!

violation associated with each enforcement action

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here
on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be the Xbox
Enforcement page while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact
Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however
they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account

Suspended for not talking to anyone?

Ok so recently I had just got suspended, my last suspension was a few months ago so I was trying my best not to get suspended again but a few days ago I was sitting on Youtube on Xbox, since I couldn't play any games I wanted without
Gold. and then I got a message from Xbox live, I looked at it and it was a suspension I checked what it was for and it says it was a communication ban, so I went through all of my messages and I couldn't find anything that would get me suspended, so I then
just decided to do a case review and wait for a response, a few minutes after I submitted my case review I got another message from Xbox Live...It was another Enforcement action....So now I was getting ticked off so I said screw it and tried to use all my
other accounts and all of them....were suspended EVEN THE ONES I JUST MADE GOT INSTANTLY SUSPENDED, I've never had this happen before so I would really like a good explanation of what I could've possibly done wrong. My gamer tag is , I want to know
what I did and how to possibly fix it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

Best thing to do in any of these situations is not say anything to the player just report and block.

every time you recieved a message like that, just report him and ignored him, otherwise, both will be banned

Unfortunately its easy to catch bad messages and not so easy to catch what was said on a mic but defor report this

You would need to report them. You Can’t call out gamers on the forums.

happened way too many times to me, first thing to do is mute them straight away and capture a video of them teamkilling or whatever it is they do then report them
