If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review. When doing the case review explained what happened.

Icannot access my sons account online or on xbox live on the xbox it immediately boots me off but I can access my account his account and my account are under the same family account but different email addresses we received a notice Tuesday that he was
suspended then received notice on Wednesday he was banned

The reason was he was intentionally playing with somebody with illegal software or hacks or he has illegal software and hacks I know for sure he hasn't installed anything or downloaded anything illegal to his machine and he has know idea if the people he
plays with does or not one of the other infractions said he has an inappropriate gamer tag and it was being forcibly changed received that notification today but his gamer tag has not been changed and is still zL Tricks he has had that same tag for at least
a year probably longer and yes his motto was changed from "no name" to I got hard on you. we also found out that the account was accessed three days ago which was during the suspension. I found this thru my friends list it tells me when the history. He has
had this account for three plus years we have delegated all credit card info from account. Also went to check thru the enforcement web site to check if console was banned typed in serial number it was connected and it said it couldn't confirm if the xbox was
banned

Well, to be honest, I doubt anyone here will believe that someone hacked your account and then modded your score. There is a simple reason: MS does not believe your account can be hacked...at least not without you giving your email and password out to someone.
Now I know what you are about say.."I have never done that" but it will do you no good. Officially your account cannot be hacked unless you gave out said info...intentionally or thru phishing. Anyway I am not too sure what we can do about it!
