Suspended for reaching out to someone?

I received a suspension after reaching out to someone via XBL that seemed suicidal? I offered my assistance to them, and now I am suspended? I am assuming I was reported for mentioning the word suicide? Even though I was offering unbiased help as a stranger?
XBL should be able to see the conversation instead of jumping to suspension based off some keywords.

Only thing I can do is wait it out because someone falsely reported me for offering them help? Awesome. That PS5 is looking real good rn.

I went on my phone and it is working there. The suspension is because I sent the word suicide in Spanish and Chinese because he did not understand what I was saying. It wont give me the option to submit a case review. Suspending someone based off a word
and not the actual conversation doesnt seem right at all. You would see that I was nothing but nice to the guy. Being punished for trying to help someone is backwards.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity as to what could have led to your suspension. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. The reason you got this enforcement action more than likely is because the person who you reached
out to reported you.

You may have been trying to be helpful, but if he was offended and it doesn't let you submit a case review, unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait it out.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why you were suspended. The suspension could be for a completely different interaction.
