Suspended for nothing, can't create case reviee

I was suspended this Morning for a little over 24 hours. I recall no negative activity, I have no idea why I was suspended. The only thing I can think of would be an exchange I had yesterday where a user used a lot of profanity and told my team that they
suck. I responded with "(username), wassup?" after we won. It is egregious that I'm now suspended from chat and if this isn't uplifted I will delete my Xbox live account and move back to PlayStation, even if it is only 28 hours. Its the principle. I used no
profanity, did not spam the chat, and was clean in terms of wording in my retaliation. The site does not give me the option to create a case review, but i request this be removed immediately as i am confronted DAILY with racist remarks and hatred through the
chat system, I never retaliate with hatred or profanity.

Can't create a case review

I received a temp ban on my account for telling someone they should "wash their ****" and also calling them "boring and unoriginal". I'd imagine that getting a ban for something like that would have to include rougher more course language, so I decided
to go make a case review so I can play Destiny 2 with friends while in a party. I'm using an iPad and do not have access to a computer right now, and I'm not able to submit a case review.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. Since your suspensions is too short for a review, all you can do is wait it out.

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review,usually 24 hour suspensions & console bans/suspensions.

If your's is longer than that then i'd suggest using a different browser.

Whatever you said is blanked out on the forums so if it's not suitable here it's not suitable on xbox live.

Didn't your teachers teach you fighting means both of you get punished? I know I learned that they hard way and I was an innocent bystander stopping the fight lol

You can apply for a case reviee at enforcement.xbox.com but since you already admitted the issue you might as well solvent problem stop cursing

You can be suspended for infractions commited prior to your first ban. After the investigation XBLPET verifies all your online behaviour and can suspended you for prior infractions.

The chat and phone support can't help you; if you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do but reflect on your behaviour and read the Code of Conduct.

That being said the choice is yours yet I have to remind you that every live service community has rules to adhere in order to create a friendly gaming environment for all.
