Suspended for no reason without even playing all day

Hello there, A couple of days ago I was out with my family all day driving & I come back home only to find out my xbox live account was suspended & I have no idea why! A 3 week suspention & I did nothing wrong heres what the details are saying, It's complete

This account participated in fraudulent activity. This may include transferring content licenses for fraudulent purposes, repeatedly attempting to acquire unauthorized refunds from Microsoft Support or financial institutions,
asking for or sharing an account's email and password, attempting to illegitimately acquire or use prepaid codes, using glitches or exploits for financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft.

This account engaged in marketplace theft. This activity may include attempts to illegitimately acquire or use redemption codes, sharing or distributing account credentials, fraudulent transferring of content licenses, using glitches for financial
gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or support agents.

How is this possible when I was out all day & come home to this?! I did nothing of what the details say! I seriously think my account was hacked, either that or someone broke in & acessed my console usde it for what they wanted & got away, I need security
cameras in my room whenever we go out, Can somone help me out here please? I'm being suspended for nothing & I can't play online for 3 weeks this isn't fair! need this account unsuspened right now I'm paying money here for a month of xbox live & this is just
stealling my money waisting it! Pleaseget back to me ASAP! you have no idea how angry I am right now

We need to have a discussion, or a debate.

They are banning for no reason.

Nobody was trying to do anything.

If watching netflix, and playing. Usf4 all day meant acquiring mods and getting suspended, then Microsoft would be over.

You don't understand, and never will.

 

Xbox Enforcement wrongly suspended me

I was wrongly suspended. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and my teammate was in a 1 vs 5. So I messaged him "kill urself" is in the game to start the new round. My account was comm suspended the next day then multiplayer suspended after that. I am not allowed
to play on any of my accounts because they are all somehow suspended as well. This is wrong and I'm tired for getting suspended for no reason. Xbox Enforcement please help me understand all of this.

 

It may take a few days for the enforcement team to actually review the case so said activity may not have taken place on the same day the ban was given out. You can check everything out at enforcement.xbox.com

 

Woah thanks for the fast response but the thing is I don't even know what I did to deserve a 3 week ban, Unless buying one month of XBOX live gold from G2A because it's a cheaper price & then activiating that code is against the terms of service & counts
as marketplace theft which by the way it SHOULDN'T! I think from now on I'm just gonna have to buy it from microsoft because they don't wan't me to save money

 

Hi! Did you recently purchase download codes/keys from 3rd party seller that aren't official reseller? This can cause such suspensions if the site you bought the code from acquired them illegally.

 

There have actually been a lot of cases of marketplace theft recently after people have bought codes from g2a. That's why codes should only be purchased from authorozed retailers. But still, you would need to go to the enforcement site for information
about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.

 

That is indeed most likely the reason for your suspension. And just in order to clarify a bit: It's not Microsoft not wanting you to save money or anything like that (official reseller like Amazon and MS/Xbox themselves are often doing sales) but that G2A/seller
on those platforms get their keys illegally and obviously Microsoft has interest in preventing such criminal practices from happening.

It is possible that you got a fraudulent key from g2a, Although i have purchased from them in the past and so have many of my friends without any issue.

Your only option is the enforcement.xbox.com site and to appeal the ban via the case review.
