Suspended for no reason, nothing showing on the enforcement section to review it

Unfortunately there is an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it is not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until the site is fixed, there is nothing you can do.

So I’ve got to sit out the ban? That I shouldn’t have in the first place? Seems a little harsh

Hi, the case review on the enforcement website is the only avenue open to you I'm afraid. There is a particular section on that website https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/staysafe#topic6 that
shows some of the reasons an account could be suspended for marketplace theft although it does list the usual reasons there may well be others that aren't listed.

I just recently got suspended for reason I do not know. I go to apply for review in the enforcement history page and there's no such link.

It appears anyone can get suspended for nothing whenever. Need to fix it.

No one is getting banned for "no reason".

Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

Just because it's your first suspension doesn't mean it will be a 24 hour one,the length also depends on the severity of the offence

case review means "ill explain my reasoning then uphold an unfair ban with no further course of action." The enforcement team is dodgy at best.
