Suspended for no reason 6 times in 48 hours

Please, someone actually help me this time. I've been suspended 6 times now and I don't know what to do anymore. Virtual agent isnt helping. Clearly appealing doesn't work. The forums aren't helping but here's I am! I'm out of options and at this rate will never be allowed back on Xbox. I queued 40 mins to talk to a virtual agent only to disconnect in position 1. Please just someone help me before I get suspension 7

Hello Majorbloodnok15, we have received some similar reports in the community, however this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some enforcemente data.

We don't have any official microsoft pronouncements yet, so we can't speculate on why it said it was happening.

My OneX is not updating time played for all of my games. Most recently, NBA 2k20 (stuck at 6 days, 5 h and 48 minites for last 10+ hours played).

I track 2k time for a specific reason every year. This is a bummer.

Any known fix?

Yes same thing. I contacted Microsoft 6 times since Christmas and it seems to only be happening to people with gift cards but I dont know. They said 24 hours it will be fixed, but 48 hours later, it still isnt

i have the same problem goin on my 120 gb plan has been used up to 80@ since the past 6 days just trying to install the game...keeps saying 100% updating since 48 hours and the game wont load...i guess its downloading the whole game again..

so much for the *** Day One Double XP ...this sucks big time..

Tried hard rest at least 6 times in the past 48 hours and now im sittin looking blankly at the screen and its still using my Bandwith...!!
