Suspended for defending myself

Hello Xbox community i was trying to defend myself ingame from this group of tryhards if you know what i mean and plus they were also harrasing me (ingame).

now i cant pay for my xbox subscription wven though my suspension is over!! Please help me moderators.

P.S i havent talked to my friends in like 2 weeks because of this i tried to wait it out but nope!!

Can you explain a little better? You were suspended, but the suspension is over. But what happens when you try to pay for your subscription?

A few minutes later? Your suspension wasn't for this violation of CoC. It takes days for Enforcement to actively begin a suspension - the system is not automated.

You don't need to 'defend' yourself', at least not with messages that also violate the CoC. All you need to do is block them - no response is required.

Also, it is not possible for users to gang up to get another person suspended.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct (which you did) you can be punished. This is per the code of conduct you agreed to. In the future, it's best to just report the other person and block communication
with them instead of responding.
