Suspended for being the victim

Hello, my gamer tag is

I was suspended yesterday Nov. 6, 2017 for the reasoning of theft? I have no clue how I could’ve committed this thieving action. 3 weeks prior I informed Xbox and my bank that someone accessed my account and purchased 3 games on my debit card. A week after
that I was given my money. But! I was still able to play the purchased games.

1 week after that, 2 of the 3 games were not useable and a message would say “this game has been refunded” alright, good. But what about the third game? I can still play that.

Out of nowhere, yesterday, my account is suspended for theft. I assume because their was an error on Microsoft’s end of refunding the third game? And therefore how is this my doing? I’m now unable to play the games I did pay for and use my Xbox Live. I’ve
contacted the enforcement team and taken the quiz but I receive no assistance. Please, help

I was hacked!

I've been advised by an Xbox enforcer to open a UA claim. My account has been hacked and as a result I was suspended and my gamerscore reset. I'm very unhappy about this as not only was my account security breached but I have also been penalized for being
a victim of fraud! Please help!

Bad Support

On 02/26/2018 I had my account invaded. Purchases were made, without my consent, with a registered card. I immediately contacted the support, which simply said there would be no refund, that I should look for my credit card company. Well, I was able to cancel the purchase and changed my password and put an extra security password for new purchases. Now I had my account suspended for theft in Marketplace. Wow, I was the victim and I'm still punished? Why was not I told how to solve this without being suspended?

Restrictions are not the future. If Microsoft is a victim of anything/anyone, they're victims of their own terrible policies and business decisions.

This reply is generic. I feel like this is a cookie cutter response to appease the masses. I already know what the allegation as to why I was suspended is for. My question, for those of us that are victims of other players that are vindictive or sore losers is; is there a way to protect ourselves from being erroneously reported? The enforcement team "claims" to operate solely on provided evidence of violations. I feel as though they execute punishment regardless of guilt or innocence. If this wasn't the case, then I wouldn't have been suspended. Their was no founded evidence of any violation on my behalf and I'm being punished as we speak. How do we prevent things of this nature from happening in the future?
