Suspended for an Unjust Reason

I started this friday off on the wrong foot when I logged on and saw that my account had a notification, notifying me that my accound had a suspension bestowed on it that would be removed after multiple days. I suspect I was reported by an indivual by the
name of GonnaWreckYoum8, who I had fairly beaten twice the previous day on a game called for Honor. At first, this individual verbally harrassed me with name calling and overall unsporting behavior, which I immediatly attempted to resolve kindly by notifying
this individual that I had won the matches fair and square, but his/her harassment continued. This ultimately pushed me to the edge and cause me to resolve this players unsporting behavior with a taste of their own medicine. After this i proceeded to report
the player, and in a fit of rage, I suspect the player unjustly reported me back. This led to my account being suspended the next morning for mulitiple days. If Microsoft suport could help me in any way of resloving this unjust suspension I would be more than
satisfied. I have already contacted base support, who led me to this website and told me to create a post regarding this issue.

I got suspended on sxbox live for something i never did.

I got suspended on xbox live for market theft which i never did. This has bin the second time i got suspended for something i never did. I think its unjust. I am really upset at microsoft. I want this issue resolved.

Please sign in your the suspended account and go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements to review the reason for the suspension. If it felt that it was unjust you can begin a Case Review with the XBLPET to review your case. Also, keep in mind that you don't want to post personal information in your
posts (e-mail address, passwords, incident numbers, etc.). Thank you,

 

The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans or suspensions and they dont use the forums. Support is know for giving incorrect information in regards to bans/suspensions since they dont deal with them.

That being said the only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review (if eligible) as described here:

However since you said you gave him a "taste of his own medicine" im assuming you mean you said something against the code of conduct as well which is why you would have been suspended.

It doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you retaliate and say something against the code of conduct then you would have broken the same rules as the other person and as such can be suspended as well

You can try filing for a case review but since you stated you retaliated it would be pointless to do since the decision would just be upheld.
