Suspended for account phishing/ solicitation

I received a 14 day suspension Friday afternoon for account phishing. I had no clue what this even was and everything I have looked up doesn't add up. I have never done anything like that and I have been with xbox since the 360 launch days. I haven't received any explanation at all for what made xbox think I was doing anything wrong. I have contacted support and was told by 1 gentleman that they probably made a mistake and my suspension would be lifted the next day. Can anyone help me out here?

Did you ask anyone their details over live or the internet if so that's probably why

You should never ask anyone their personal details including login and password even if to gameshare

It's supposed to be people you know and they have to download it on YOUR CONSOLE and visa versa

I already did this. I never heard anything back from them at all

No I've never done that. I have always gameshared with my uncle since the original xbox one. Never tried to gameshare with anyone else and I have never asked anyone for there personal information

You'll need to wait for a response from your case review then. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and that is the only way to contact them. There's no exact timeframe for hearing back from them and there was a weekend as well.

I was told they would email me and atleast tell me my suspension would be lifted or be told what exactly I did wrong but I haven't heard anything at all
