    Suspended for a Gamer Pic


    I received a suspension on my account due to my profile picture being “inappropriate”. My punishment should follow under “inappropriate content” but instead it’s rationalized as “inappropriate conduct”. Which makes no sense at all, my actions weren’t that severe to get a week long suspension on my account. I wasn’t given any warnings also, the only thing xbox enforcement did was remove my profile picture. I respected that choice and changed it to something different, yet i still got suspended. Am i able to appeal because of something like this?

    They have temporarily suspended custom gamer pics for the time being.

    You would have to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it is eligible for an appeal.

    They do no send warnings. The warning is considered the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up.

    As sad its been suspended until after the lock down due to corona virus.

    And yes you can change your gamer pic for free . Its just gamer tags you pay for . 👍
