Probably you've made a screens hot of something that is against the code of conduct.

 

Possibly someone reported your post for some reason, but if you think that the screenshot is totally fine and isn't against the code of conduct then I suggest you contact Xbox support.

 

It may be due to "Use another's intellectual property without permission." which can be found at Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

I would recommend contacting the enforcement team as others have mentioned below. If your suspension is for over 24 hours you may be able to appeal it by going to the enforcement site, then How Do I? Then submit case review.
