Suspended/Blocked Xbox Account

So Back on the first of November I've received an email from Microsoft Support about my xbox account and I was not expecting them into inform me that the old xbox account including all of my games core, transactions etc: had been transferred over to an email that wasn'tfamiliar (not my personal email), in fact it was the person responsible for hacking my xbox account and I was just wondering if there's any solution for this please help me, I've had my xbox for 6 years and even spent thousands of dollars into games.

I understand that someone stole your account, I would like to know if you have already regained access or does the person who stole your account still have access to it? From what I understand, for security reasons, Xbox blocks access to the account so that the person who stole from you can't do anything else on it.

It is important to know if you have already filled out the account recovery form to regain access, as it is the only method to obtain/recover a stolen account.

If your WLID is blocked than that's most likely your issue. Your WLID is tied into your xbox live account. At anytime if your WLID is blocked, suspended, or invalid you will not be able to recover your GT.

If you have done nothing wrong, then you will not get suspended or banned. As for the spambot accounts. Just report and block them using the report and block features on the Xbox. The enforcement team will get the reports and take the relevant action on them.

What do you mean by the WLID being blocked?

Is that email account suspended from service for a short time?

Xbox live is built around communicating with other people and this glitch prevents the sole reason for having an Xbox Live account. Of all the issues for them to have its a chat problem that cant be fixed. This many people should never have been suspended
in the first place. Why offer people the ability to block chat, mute, setup parental locks and directly block another user? Why offer all these features if Xbox is just going to go around suspending accounts? Even after providing disclaimers about not
being responsible for online interactions.
