Suspended because some guy was being a jerk

I was suspended because some guy had killed me and my friend in fallout 76 and stole all our stuff and he did in a really scummy way he brought us into his camp and brought us to his shop or whatever it’s called my friend went to go buy something from it when he put some sort of toxic gas in that room using some kind of trap and killed me and my friend and stole all our stuff the worst part is he started taunting us when we respawned after stealing weeks of material farming from us so I messaged him [mod removed] and he reported it now I can’t have any fun with my friends anymore because I’m suspended and Playing with my friends is my only form of happiness and I’m honestly done with this [mod removed] because I’m constantly harassed in games for being bisexual or having a gacha pfp to the point where I’m having mental breakdowns but when I say something with profane language I get suspended because of this I’m laying in my bed crying because I can’t take it anymore if xbox could lift the suspension it would be nice but they probably won’t and my only question is why?

I disagree with your assessment. I exchanged messages with both the people in question. One guy I exchanged the messages with received several reports from my part because he was threatening my life. The other guy sent me messages back just the same way
i sent him messages. Yet in the instance that my life is threatened xbox does not suspend his account? This guy kept it up for days. Yet in the instance where I literally sent ONE message with ONE curse word, I get suspended? Which I mean come on guys, code
of conduct aside we can all agree when someone is being a jerk right? Why do I get a suspension for one curse word, and the other guy gets to continue threatening my life for days? The policy enforcement you are describing here doesn't reconcile to the events.

I would just report him, block communications and set your settings to friends only. I've seen this guy's videos, and he says he only trolls hackers and other bad guys, but I can see him being a jerk to other people because he thinks it'll make for a good
video.
