Account suspended because snowflake??!

so I just log on to find my account has been suspended for 14days for communication. Completely unfair.

I know the guy who reported me and I have the coversation logged.

Fact is he was bragging to me about how well he know your system and how he could guarantee I would get a 14 day ban it's clearly abuse!

Let me tell you how we got into this situation, so we are in a game of 3v3 and the guy is the worst on the team I mean he can't hit any skill shots and he keeps feeding the enemy kills, this guys called [Mod Removed] message him asking why he's not helping
the team, he try's telling me he's playing in a hurricane and it's affecting his lag, meanwhile he gets himself killed a bunch more times and the 20/30mins of game isn't pretty unsavable at this point because of him, he try's telling me is "my bad" and so
on and I just message back telling him I'm to them to get offline if it's that bad why would you choose to play with a bad connection on purpose and bring he team down it so your fault. He admits it. He then Says he can do what he wants "lol" and to cut him
slack, then brags about his bad performance. I said he was an idiot for playing with lag and when I did he starts saying im banned and you guys believe this guy who comes into games crashes the game makes lag just ruins the experience For all, he hasn't unsportsmanlike
ban but your ban me?! That's unfair! I demand you remove it instantly, he was in violation using lag and screwing with our game Nd you defend him on that. But I say he s an idiot for choosing to play an idiot for choosing to play for days and **** me for days,
I'm really confused by this abuse of policy

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

For info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

Any report is investigated which talks time so you were most likely suspended for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

No xbox live user knows how long someone will be suspended for or even if they will be suspended if they file a report.

As it's a 14 day suspension it is either not your first suspension or whatever you did was a serious break of the ToU/CoC.

In future it's best to just report & block someone you believe is breaking the rules.
