    Suspended account


    I am very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of help from Microsoft regarding my account suspension on xbox.having spent yesterday on the phone to technical help line who could not help me and got absolutely no where. There appears to be no contact details
    or email for the enforcement team( I WOUNDER WHY ).

    Tried to apply for an appeal on the dash board but get one question wrong and you have to wait 24hrs again to re try.

    I was suspended due to fraudulent activity on market place, how can this be as i have never bought anything on market place , secondly if there is fraudulent activity on my account surely I should be told and not suspended without reason

    I find Microsoft's handling of this to be very unprofessional as i cannot speak to anyone about this .

    I hope someone will read this and reply to me but to be honest i am not holding my breath .

    Shocking customer service at its best...

    Meaningless Suspension

    I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

    Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

    You do a case review and see enforcement (s) against you by clicking the link. Sorry you are having such a rough time. hope it gets worked out for you

    If you have tried and your ban was upheld there is nothing further you can do.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Suspended until this 24th of december....it is the 24th and still cant log on.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.

    When your account is suspended it will notify you when you log on when the account is suspended until.
