suspended account

Good evening,

I just purchased a Xbox a few weeks ago and I just bought madden tonight to play but I was unable to as

my Xbox notified me that my account was suspended. This is the exact message.

Your account has been temporarily suspended

Someone may have used your account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement.

What do you need to do?

We'll send a verification code to your phone. After you enter the code, you can sign in.

Im not sure why it was suspended. I just used my personal email and I def do not spam.

Regardless I pressed continue and it asked for my phone number.

Which i gave but it always says Service not available.

I have tried multiple phone numbers from my friends and family and the same message comes up.

I had to make this new account so i can post this here because i was signed onto my account

and it would always go to the suspended page.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

 

This is actually a MS account suspension and not a Xbox profile suspension.

Did you have them send you a code? So that you can get back into your account.

You can also sign into account.live.com and it will pop up with a box and tell you what you need to do to get back into your account.

 

I have tried to do what it asked me

which is put in my phone number to get the code but everytime

i ask to send code

it says service not available try again.

Ive used my friends and families phone numbers as well with the same results.

 

hello following the problem of connecting
to my profile on Xbox one (the problem or we can not connect to the live without our profile is disconnected) with the help of an advisor Xbox was able to find a solution that worked for
me ..

here is the procedure to follow:

1 - connect you to your live box with your pc then search the network parameter tab using the right and left arrows then go to network
and on the IPV6 tab, uncheck the box to be rated ipv6 then save, then made BACK and press
on the right arrow to access the assistance and troubleshooting tab and restart the live box

2 - now go to your Xbox to remove your profile from the console, to go into the settings then profile and remove a profile, once it
is off the console

3-- now redip number 1 for this time reactivate the IPV6 without forgetting to restart the live box once the box IPV6 recheck

4-- return to your Xbox and add a profile using your email address and password

5-- once your count recover this should work, good games to all ()

 

Did you do this from the website or from your console?

If its not working on the console you would want to sign in at the website.

Ive done it from both.. The Issue is.........

I Cannot get microsofts page to send me the code to un lock my account.

It has said

service unavaiable. try again for 48 hours now.

I have used over 5 devices and it says the same thing every single time.

 

Isn't there a moderator that can help me out please? Or get me to someone that can assist?
