    Suspended account


    I was in the middle of a game with my gamer tag poppalegaldlr and I got kicked out with a message my account was suspended. I contacted support and they could not not tell me why and only that it was sent to a higher level. I only use that account to play
    games and talk to friends, so I have NO clue as to why that account would be suspended and no matter who I ask they cannot give me an answer so they gave me this avenue to find an answer. I am frustrated because I feel I am being punished for a "crime" that
    I have no idea of what it is or a chance to defend myself in any fashion. If I have been hacked then I need to know since I have a card with that account! I just want a valid reason for this suspension, proof it was me and my account wasn't hacked, and a way
    to reconcile if I inadvertently breached the contract of the terms of agreement, and to get my account back. Thanks.

    Meaningless Suspension

    I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

    Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

    well thing is they won't give you the exact incident

    The link that smwutches provided only gives you the reason that's it

    As part of the privacy laws and prevent retaliation they won't give out details or the integrity of the network

    It doesnt matter if you are chatting privately or not

    If you get reported and say something that violates the terms of use you will be punished

    All communication must be rated e for everyone

    Thanks for the replies. I went to the support website while i was on the phone with microsoft support, but like ngoc said they only give you a vague description of why the account was suspended. I guess I just need to know what I
    can possibly do, if anything, to get this account reinstated?

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Suspended until this 24th of december....it is the 24th and still cant log on.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
