suspended account

Good morning,

this morning I received two emails from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***; advising me that I have been blocked the account for putting images of sexual purpose these are the following messages:

I have already contacted Microsoft support explaining that a father of

a family at the age of 38 sincerely does not start to publish this type

of images and that in 11 years of Live I have never had a call for

misconduct.

I have already changed my password as I believe there has been a violation.

I kindly ask you to carry out checks and possibly reactivate my

account because I have not made such misconduct and possibly notify the

owner so he can protect his account without being already convicted of

things I did not do.

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

 

Enforcement actions like this are handled by Microsofts' enforcement team through their website enforcement.xbox.com.

While signed in there you can file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team does not monitor these chat rooms so you would need to go to their website and file for the case review.
